We are faced with a red wine with an important profile, with aromas typical of the type and a warm and juicy flavor. The must ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of between 25 and 30 degrees, macerating for a total of 8 days and also carrying out malolactic fermentation. The wine is then transferred to cement vats, where it is left to age for 8 months.
